Choose a scrap of paper, a photograph, a bit of handwriting, a color you love, or one small object that carries a memory. Arrange it on a journal page in a way that feels natural to you.
Add a few words, a border, a simple wash of color, or nothing more at all. The goal is not to make a perfect art page. It is to give one small story a place to live.
No art background and no “right way” are required. Begin with what you have, make room for imperfection, and let the page become yours.
